    Energy Drinks?

    Hi,
    I did a search to see if this has been asked before but I didn't find anything, sorry if this has been asked before.

    A few times in the past week I've had one sugar free energy drink in the afternoon to perk me up instead of a coffee and I'm wondering if that could negatively affect my girl sway.

    Most of those drinks contain an enormous amount of b vitamins, and nutrients are thought to sway blue. A drink or two probably won't ruin an otherwise good sway diet,but I'm personally staying away from them

    they are highly fortified and while I did occasionally have a "monster light" while swaying, I wouldn't make a habit of it.

    Thanks ladies! I never would have thought they would be so fortified so I'll skip them from here on out. I don't think they taste very good just a nice change in the hot weather but I can drink coke zero instead.

    they are crazily fortified, I assume so they can qualify as "healthy" (they AIN'T healthy!)

    But seriously how ridiculous that products like that are fortified! I hope people don't really think stuff like that is healthy!
