Well, I was worried I wouldn't lose weight on the LE. I'm so happy to say that I am! Granted I am doing only 1200 calories, but that is what I was doing before with more fat and protein and wasn't really losing. I'm down to 157!! So excited! Bring on more weight loss and bring on TTC this fall:running:!
This diet IS pretty tough to stick to. I got to cheat at dinner last night because we went out to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary:). But I keep telling myself "I can eat when I'm pregnant"! Lol.
You kind of get used to it after a while. I've been on it since January. It's like second nature now.

I knowing this is an old thread but I'm finding it so helpful. I've got IR and never thought eating LE would help me lose weight, but it's actually working! AND I'm eating carbs! Anyone else out there IR or PCOS on LE this year?

Me!!! I switched to pcos diet in December and it's been so much better for me for weight loss and regulating my cycle. I think I have IR and not so much pcos.
What diet are you doing? When do you plan to TTC? We are trying in April or May. Just trying to get to my goal weight first or close to it.
