Sadly couch potato
I was trying to go for the exercise, since I don't have many things I'm doing to sway, but just before AF, I picked up a brutal cold. I'm now on CD 10 and still can barely move without a massive coughing fit.
I'm trying not to freak out, but I was a couch potato with all my boys and I'm not doing much else. I've been skipping breakfast for over a year and trying to cut meat & calories without triggering panic attacks. I have dh taking olive leaf and...that's about it.

I woudnt stress; just get back onto Cardio when you can - im in the same boat, but with O. I literally have nearly 2 weeks that more intense cardio is too painful. So I just pick up when I can and do the full 60. I might not be able do it all cycle but it has to be better than nothing

I was also hoping to do exercise but never managed it either (having 4 kids I just could not fit it in), what I can tell you tho is I got my dd without exercise, I did not sway for her but I had been in a bad place the months leading up to conception so my food intake was lower, that is the only noticeable difference I can recall between my dd's conception and my boys. So you can absolutely get a dd without making any changes at all.

I really appreciate knowing that, Mandy. It eases my mind a bit.
I was doing the cardio before I got sick and if I don't get pregnant this cycle, I'll definitely be getting back to it as soon as I can.
Tonight was likely my one attempt for the month, so crossing my fingers for catching a nice healthy egg with an XX swimmer.
