Advice on my sway please?
This is what it looks like for me. Please help! Anything I'm doing wrong? Anything I can do better?
5am - wake up.
6am - 2 cups strong black coffee.
8am - 60min/3mile brisk walk (pushing DS in stroller).
11am - lunch. (Small slice of cornbread, 3 crunchy fish sticks (which are 110cal), 1 teaspoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons kraft shells and cheese. 1 teaspoon toasted garlic hummus and some tortilla chips. (About 70 cal worth of chips). 1 shot Jameson Irish whiskey.)
5pm - Dinner. 1 BLT sandwich (tiny bit of mayo and 2 slices turkey bacon).
7pm - 2 bottles IPA beer.
2x per week I do a 2hr aerobic workout from 7-9, then beer at 9:30-10.
Advice?

Can you give me nutrient data - total cals, protein, fat?
I honestly can't give people an opinion on lists of food without the nutrient content. If anything it looks a little low to me, but I can't know that from here.
Now craving beer and BLT!

I think I'm doing around 1500 cal a day (about 500 at lunch, around 700 at dinner and the rest in alcohol I think).
Protein and fat has to be low, but I'm not sure specifically. I'm thinking I should go straight veggie and cut out all meat.
Is it possible to have too much exercise?
I lost a little weight (about 6lbs the first couple weeks but now I'm holding steady.)

I would take a day and do a tally so we know for sure.
The minimums on LE are actually more important than the maximums are - we have to be sure you're getting ENOUGH, not that you're just staying low.
No, not possible to have too much exercise for your sway, although you can stop ovualting if you get too much.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
