    My sway, moved from Introduction

Okay, so our first attempt is coming up and I wanted to double check with you!
    My daily diet:
-Nothing but a unsweetened peppermint tea till noon
-at noon: a coffee with some milk and a fruit ( apple, pear or kiwi) and some oatmeal with little milk and jogurt or a slice of bread with this cream cheese or cheese.
as a drink a have a coke zero and I take my baby aspirin and cranberry sups
    - at 4 pm: a little salad with only cucumber and and carrots in it with a oil and vinegar dressing
    - at 8 pm: rice, noodles or couscous with nothing but some boiled vegetables and little butter, sometimes a yogurt as a desert, and a glas of wine every other day or even two and again a coke zero

And two Cups of raspberry leave tea per day

    Thats about it.
    I don't excersice, but I go walking 5-6 times a week for 45 Minutes to 60 Minutes
I lost 3 Kg in the past 2 month
I take hot bath and showers ( always anyways)

We are planing on a two day cut-off, not sure if we make it, and a 4 day "abstinence " before.
I will jump and dump after some minutes, no big O and we are planning on having fun and enjoying it :-)

Any suggestions, I am thankful for whatever comes on your mind!

That doesn't seem like a enough calories. I don't think oatmeal is recommended as something to have daily. I personally would eat more at lunch and then not eating dinner until 5-6 and then you would have a long time between dinner and morning.

Oats do have a component in them that may be slightly blue and most people do skip it, but I seriously doubt that any one food really sways overwhelmingly especially in small dietary amounts.

I also think that everyone has stuff that they don't care about anyway so it's easy just to skip. I don't really like oatmeal or a bananas so I skipped them, as it was easy for me.

A lot of stuff I make has tomato sauce in it so I didn't skip that or potatoes because they are cheap and filling. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat garlic or onions but if it was in something, I would eat it anyway.

I ate tons of tomatoes and potatoes when I got my girl. The only reason these were ever said to be "boy" foods is because they have potassium. On the mineral balancing diets, they're drinking/eating gobs of dairy and that has oodles of potassium in it so because they wanted to limit potassium, they had to limit all other potsassium foods. On LE Diet we are NOT doing the high intake dairy and thus, even if you believe in mineral balancing and wanted to limit potassium, you don't NEED to cut those out because you are not getting the high intake of potassium from dairy. It's actually kinda hard on LE Diet to get enough potasssium (and our level is the same as the mineral diets because that is the lowest amount needed for the body to function safely) so it is kind of important that you guys don't cut out all potassium foods. You're already doing that by virtue of not inhaling a gallon of milk a day, and you NEED the potassium from somewher or you risk death.

On the other hand, cereal (not oats but cold cereal with milk) WAS shown in the best study we have on diet, to be associated with more boys conceived. It's the only food we have ever seen that has been shown in isolation to = more boys. Now it's no magic bullet and it may be (in fact I'd say all but certain) that it's not cereal in and of itself but that it's fortified like a vitamin pill basically, and also most people eat it as brieakfast or snacks (so anyone eating it regularly is just about 100% having breakfast and/or snacks, which may sway blue on their own)

If someone was eating it AS a meal that is going to be a more restrictive type of diet.

The way I used to eat it was I'd have breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, then I'd eat a huge bowl of cereal before bed with blueberies on it. Sometimes my snacks were cereal. sometimes they were other stuff. (I hardly ever eat cereal for breakfast) But it's really different than person who ate a bowl of cereal for dinner, yk???

Totally understandable I most likely dropped it. Maybe once in blue room I'll have it for lunch, because I'm busy and don't have time to make lunch etc. too bad I love cereal haha
