Nightmare and waking in a panic attack

    Hi all,
It maybe a silly question, but would have nightmares almost every night, to the point of waking in a panic attack hurt my girl sway?

I have no answer to your question but I find it interesting because since being on the diet and swaying I have started having very vivid dreams and nightmares. I used to never have dreams!

Is this something you've always delt with?

I have not always delt with it but it has been going on for a few years now, it always about the same thing, it happens about an hour or two after I have fallen asleep, sometimes more than once a night.
I wake up gasping for breath, scared, anxious, feeling slightly nauseous, and almost in tears.
I have looked into it and nothing seems to be causing it, don't eat differently to the nights I don't have them, no different stresses in the day! Not hot or cold! I just don't know what causing them. I know nobody here is a sleep expert and I'm not looking for any really to say why I'm having nightmares,

I'm wondering if the panic attack sway in anyway?

If it sways blue can I take calms before I go to bed or do they sway blue too?

I think it could be due to lower serotonin levels caused by diet. I dream a lot more on the diet, which is rare otherwise for me these days.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I think you should be checked for sleep apnea. That's what it sounds like to me. It can be dangerous so def. worth getting checked out.
