Girl Sway - Advice please!

Hi!
Would love some advice

29 day cycle am on day 10, think I ovulate on around 15?
Wanted to query whether to start DTD now? And how much?

DTD on day 7 (protected). Hubby on concieve tablets as in 40's and we thought may improve sperm, I'm on conceive well. I drink cranberry and eat yoghurt daily.

Any tips? Or last minute tips to sway girl?

Are you using OPKs? If so, DTD at first positive OPK. If not, just start BD'ing today and go every 4 days until AF or +HPT. That gives you one attempt in the fertile period which is a good sway tactic.
I don't think cranberry is really recommended anymore but I could be wrong.

I agree with the above. I definitely wouldn't assume you O on CD15 based on a 29 day cycle. My cycle averages 28 days but I don't usually O until CD18.

Cranberry sways blue, as can too much fullfat daury. Are you doing the LE diet and 1 hour minimum of daily cardio? Those are the things that really sway.

My recommendation would be to have ONE attempt on CD 12-14. (not all those days, just pick one.)

The thing is though, lots of people believe in cranberry and don't want to do diet and cardio and stuff. So if you're a person who wants to try right here and now, the best thing you can do is have the one attempt. Now if you are looking for other things to change, Manda, we can talk about that, but for this month, this attempt, that is the best thing you can do.
