coffee options for pink and blue!
I have always been a heavy coffee drinker, but I do it in a very "boy-friendly" way:
6-8 ounces strong organic coffee (I make it in a french press as I think it tastes better that way)
1/2 cup full fat organic milk
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
1 tablespoon organic butter
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
1 tablespoon collagen hydrolysate (gelatin that doesn't gel, just gives you extra protein)
I use an immersion/stick blender to mix and it's super creamy and frothy, not oily at all!
I love having a hot drink in the morning, what's a good coffee recipe for a girl sway? I don't want to raise blood sugar as Im skipping breakfast.

Were you drinking that when you conceived your girl?

No, when I got my girl I was having a cup of very weak black tea every other morning, but I really missed my coffee. I just really don't like coffee black and often adding milk or a creamer has so many calories it raises blood sugar so its kind of like eating breakfast, which i am trying to avoid.

I was drinking it when I got my first boy! I was on IG at that time and thought high dairy would sway blue, which I no longer agree with. The coconut oil and butter are a great source of healthy saturated fats, the gelatin is pure protein, and the milk and syrup has lots of nutrients and calories too, it's a really really BLUE friendly drink!

I gave myself permission to have coffee with milk and actual sugar (I do not suggest doing this esp. on PCO-type diet though) and still got a girl.
I don't think you guys need to resort to black coffee, just have milk or cream in it.

I like to have a ton of milk in my coffee. So on the PCOS diet, if I had 1 cup coffee mixed with 1/2 cup whole milk for breakfast, I was just thinking the cals in milk would up my blood sugar in the morning, which I was trying to avoid by skipping breakfast and having a nice fast until lunch.

I have a nespresso pod coffee in the morning with a small amount of full cream milk. I very much look forward to that now, I find it's creamy enough to satisfy me even though it's probably only 15ml of full fat milk.

I make my coffee before bed and add 2 packets of aldi brand splenda to it while warm and then stick in the fridge to cool overnite. I either pour it over ice and then add 2tbs half and half or skip the ice and just add the "breve" ....yum iced or cold coffee and like only 40 cals

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
