So disappointed
I really thought this was our month, but saw some blood mixed with cm this morning. Very sad.
Should we just stay the course? I was thinking of either adding attempts, or maybe a vitamin? What would be better? This is all so emotionally taxing, I don't know if I can keep doing it more than one more month.
Here's my chart-

Sorry I have no advice but hope atomic or some of the other ladies will post advice soon. Just wanted to say could it be implantation bleeding? Am in similar situation, our timing was so spot on this month, I was so hopeful but I am cd 2 with full blown af, so it clearly was not my month and what is worse I have a short lp. Am not sure how much longer I can put myself through the effort and then the emotional roller-coaster of am I aren't I of the 2 ww, then ddisappointment when af arrives. So your not alone, but if af not arrived your still in with a shout, keeping everything crossed for you! X

I do want to mention for others reading this, for whatever reason people seem to assume that vitamins somehow magically cause conception to occur. They do not. Vitamins have only been in widespread use since the 1970's and people got (and still get, since they are not being used in most other countries worldwide) pregnant ALLLLL the time eating diets that are far worse than the LE Diet and without vitamins.
If you feel like you need to take a vitamin, that is totally at your discretion but it's not a magic pregnancy pill and it will sway blue. A compromise is to take it 3x a day, OR for those who have been on a relatively strict sway diet (with very few cheats) for longer than 3-6 months is to add in JUST zinc 8-15 mg and iron 18-30 mg 3x a week, plus 150 IU iodine daily. Strict vegans could add in the lowest dose B12 they can find 1-2 times per week, and anyone who is not doing any dairy or dairy replacers could add in the lowest dose Vit. D they can find 2x a week.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Do you have your own dedicated thread Girlie?? If not please start one give me a rundown of what you did and I'll tell you what to tweak.
Add in the 1 serv. full fat dairy, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon or red meat (salmon is better so only do red meat if you can't stand salmon) per week!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Atomic! I will give you a rundown once I'm out of a very loud car! Just picked up kids from a night with grandma and they are very tired and crabby!

So hard to wait for tomorrow!! Ah!
So I've been following the diet, not super strictly, since April. I also have been trying to get an hour of exercise 5 days a week.
I take folate and the chitosan fiber when I remember to.
That's it really! I don't make a lot of CM, that's why I thought maybe some vitamin might help. We have four boys already (youngest is 2.5) so I don't want to sway blue, but I really do want to get pregnant soon!
