    Cycle gone from 28 to 35 days!!!

    Since I started the LE Diet my cycle has gone from 28 days to 35, and I'm just wondering is this because of the change in my diet and is it a good thing? Also my Cm is allot creamier ... Hoping this is good because I'm attempting in Aug ... Eeeek!!!

    Yes it's something a lot of us notice on LE Diet.

    Are you losing weight?? If you're not losing and even gaining it, we may need to switch over to the alt. "slow burn" type diets as you may have some insulin resistance going on.

    Thanks Atomic ... No I'm not gaining weight, some weeks I'm loosing a pound or two and other weeks I'm staying the same! Is it ok to stay on it another while
