Failing to do exercise
Hi me again , I have been doing LE for only 2 weeks I've been having 2 or 3 meals a day but mainly 2 , alcohol everyday on an evening but this isn't with my meal , mostly vegetarian but when I do eat meat I'm only having chicken , and it's within my limits for the day . No supplements and DH isn't doing anything but is a smoker , drinks 2 nights a week and cycles often . I just can't fit in an hour of exercise a day I'm really struggling . How much does this sway ?? And is this something I really should be doing?? I haven't lost much weight either so slightly worried it's not coming off like other people seem to think it does . X

Keep in mind it doesn't have to be an hour at the gym. Just an hour walk is fine if it's a brisk pace that keeps your heart rate up. If you really can't fit it in, there's no point worrying about it. Just focus on what you can do. You can still get a girl without exercise.

Thank you , I've even had to stop walking the dogs and getting someone to do it because I have so little time ATM . I no exercise would really help as I did non when I conceived my boys . I may postpone ttc until I can factor this in x

Are you planning to do 12 weeks on the LE before TTC? Do you think you'll have time to pick the exercise up in 4 or 6 weeks?

It is a good sway tactic but if you can't do it, you can't. I didn't do it and still got a girl.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
