BD frequency

TTC this month! Am currently on day 9 and ovulate on day 14. The plan was to DTD on day 11 and one more try on positive OPK as much as we want a girl we want to increase chances on conceiving. We DTD today as hubby was told he had to FIFO tomorrow and it had ruined our plans but they have changed his roster again! so now we have DTD on day 9 but still want to try on day 11 and 13 as they were originally best for concieving. My question is I'm worried because DTD today it has ruined shot at girl friendly or concieving at all! Is two days between DTD too close for sperm? Did we use the 'good' sperm today Previously have been DTD every 3/4 days when hubby in town.

Sorry for the confusion! hope it makes sense would love to know best way to go for concieving this month

The sperm from CD 9 had no chance of surviving and have probably all died.

Go ahead with CD 11 and 13

Thanks Atomic will the sperm from 11 and 13 be a good chance at concieving or a lower chance because DTD every two days instead of saving up sperm at every 4 days? Thanks x

I can be confusing sorry Atomic!
If I ovulate on day 14 my question is if this pattern is 'girl friendly' or 'concieving' friendly

Day 7 - DTD (protected), Day 10 - DTD (protected), Day 11 - DTD (attempt), Day 13 (positive OPK attempt) - DTD

Is this too much? would there be enough sperm in day 11 if I did the day before? Is this making the sperm count/chance of conceiving too low?

DTD on day 10 as hubby request (trying to not make it too much of a task for him) and worried it lessened sperm amount for the attempts as not enough days to replenish?

11 and 13 is a good chance of conceiving.

I can't tell you from here how the BD affected your chances. Just beyond my ability to know.

Thanks Atomic, I understand x Just wondering your opinion on DTD so close together before attempt due to sperm depletion is that girl friendly? or lowers concieving at all

No, you can't count on 2 back to back attempts to deplete sperm.
