Ok, so I have read all (I think) of the posts on soy isoflavones and am still unsure as to whether they are supposed to sway boy or girl more. I had planned to take this to sway for girl and twins if possible, as my health is forcing this to be our last baby. However, if the soy sways more boy I do not want to endanger my sway. If it does, should I do Vitex instead? Despite my cycles being sorta regular (24-28 days)? I won't be swaying til the beginning of June, so if it affects my cycle I may have time to quit it before my June cycle begins and switch to the soy? Help me please lol.
Anyone take soy isos and get a girl?

That's because no one knows how they sway. Since we don't totally know why swaying works, there is evidence pointing both ways and we honestly are not sure.
19 people took soy iso, 11 got girls. So better than 50-50 barely, but a coin flip really. Vitex is about 55% with a bigger sample size. Neither of them guarantees twins, both cause tons of trouble. Both are lower than overall success rates of the site.
I would NOT rely on soy iso for twins. That's the tthing. If they worked for twins that would be one thing, but I've seen tons of people try them and not get twins. If you really want twins you need Clomid (and that actually DOES sway pink)
Weirdly, even without vitex, SI, or Clomid, pink swayers have had more twins conceived anyway for reasons we can only guess at. So just by swaying pink you may help your chances some.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Well....Dang lol. So, is either worth a try if I'm doing the diet and one attempt? For twins or (more importantly) swaying pink? I'm pretty sure my OB won't prescribe clomid as I haven't had fertility issues. It took a year for my first but then just one slip for my second
haha.
I'm trying to sort through all the information to parse out the most important/effective without obsessing. Though, considering how many of my questions you've seen lately, I may be failing lol.
As always, thank you for your hard work and time!!Mommy to 2 brilliant boys, hoping for a little girl to complete our family.

It's up to you to decide. When I honestly don't know, I hate giving you guys guesses because it's really me just pulling an answer out of my butt LOL.
What you have to do is weigh the hope/possibility that they sway pink and/or twins, vs. the possibility that they sway blue (soy iso) and that that will mess up your cycles (both soy iso and vitex)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi cnerwin! I was hoping for twins and tried soy isoflavones when ttc both babies, but I wasn't swaying at the time. I always wished I could get a clomid prescription lol. With SI, I did not get twins and have 2 boys now (which I love dearly). I'm trying vitex this time around and we'll see if it helps my girl sway. GL to you!

I just found out my best friend has leftover Femara she is tempting me with. I may try a low dose of it in June after lots of research. Thank you for your input lolabelle!! I've honestly not read many accounts at all of it causing twins, though have read some evidence of it being really helpful when used in conjunction with Clomid! I would do that but I would probably have sextuplets 😂😳

Lol-that would be out of control. I don't know if I would ever be able to get my hands on clomid.....I just had my boys back to back instead. GL if you decide to use femara! I'm curious to know! I've heard the chances of twins isn't as high as clomid, but does it sway pink?

I've read from atomic here that it does sway pink but with a lower chance of twins. I'm hoping there may still be a slightly higher chance of twins since I have ovulated normally before. My boys were right on top of each other too lol. This next one will be over 2 years difference but it is on a necessary time frame.
