Not really losing weight?
Hi all,
I'm sticking to my diet pretty closely, rarely going over 1650 calories. I swear I was eating double before that, or at LEAST 1000 more a day. I "lost" a couple pounds overnight a few days ago, but now I'm back basically where I started. It's been about a week on the diet so I don't feel like I'm losing anything... Do I just need to be patient? I seriously lost 7 pounds on a Whole30, eating TONS of calories a day! So I'm a little frustrated

Sometimes your body will have a WTHeck week where it gets a little nervous and holds on to weight. If this carries on we may have to cut back on carbs (I know you were eating very few carbs before so this may be a carb thing as well)
Additionally sometimes it will seem to happen overnight and if you do look/feel thinner it may be that it's just food in your tummy and when it works itself out you'll be down a lb or two.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Melewen: are you doing le or pcos le?
Whole30 cuts out dairy and gluten and focuses on grassfed meats and organic veggies, yes? So yeah it could be a carb thing.

I'm going to try to cut drinking late at night. Seems like no matter how I eat if I drink last dinner my body is like OH OK WE'LL JUST KEEP THIS. And yeah body is definitely not used to all the carbs. I'll look into the PCOS diet too. Will that affect the effectiveness of the plan at all?

On the same post with the le pcos is also the AFD and it would conform more with whole30 since it avoids gluten ... you might find its guidelines helpful as well hth

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
