Testosterone levels
Hi everyone, I'm going to be starting my girl sway this august in hope of conceiving in November.
I went to have a blood text last week to see if I have pcos so I could order the right plan (now getting an ultrasound tomorrow as it's looking like I do) and my results came back today that I have a extremely low testosterone. Is that meant to sway girl? Could this be that two weeks prior to my blood test I started doing a practice Le diet and lost 4 kilos because previously to that I had a very boy friendly diet and have two boys ?
Hope this makes sense!
TIA xxx

2 weeks is not enough time to affect your hormone levels like that. Sometimes your hormones are just funny that way. Although that is a lot of weight loss in 2 weeks, I'd slow that down or even stop it. BMI 21 is time to stop losing weight and under no circumstances go under BMI 18.5
Yes, low testosterone is said by some to sway pink. We do not know this for a fact, though, and the evidence is all a bit sketchy. What I would do is be very sure to have a serving of full fat dairy every day, 4-6 eggs a week to be sure you're getting enough raw materials for your body to make hormones iwth. If you are low in testosterone you may be low in estrogen and progesterone too and it's hard to get pregnant without them!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
