    Exercise and swaying girl

Hi Ladies, looking for opinions on exercising and swaying girl.
I plan to have our first attempt in 6 weeks and I have been on the diet for about a week so far. I really wanted to skip exercising but the results seem so good. I have an exercise bike (that I've never used) and I also like to go for walks. The walks are usually just for fun, with the kids and nothing intense. Do walks count or should it be running/jogging? What would you recommend in this situation? I read something about testosterone rising when you start to exercise, so would 6 weeks be okay or is this too short and better to leave it out of my sway? Besides diet and exercise the only other thing I planned on incorporating was DTD every 4 days. Would it be okay to alternate between riding the stationary bike and walking or should I pick one and stick with only that?

Walks totally count! I actually prefer seeing people walk rather than jog since it causes way fewer injuries. All it has to be is 60 minutes long and without stopping for lunch in the middle. Yes absolutely it is fine to alternate between biking and walking.

The "testosterone rises when starting exercise" was only ever just a hypothetical worry. Since that time, we've seen such good results with exercise that I now put much more emphasis on exercising than worrying about hypothetical testosterone. 6 weeks is plenty of time anyway.

Thank you so so so much for replying!! You totally made my day! So going for a casual walk counts as long as it's for 60min straight right?! Or should it be very fast walking like power walking?

Yes, even a casual walk counts, but if you can push yourself, even better.

    Welcome to the site, BTW!

This makes me super happy, I think the exercise component will be a little bit easier knowing that walking is acceptable! Thank you!!
