Keto sway pink?
Wondering what I need to change from my current low carb/keto diet that I have been on for 5+ months. I have lost about 20 pounds, have about 10-15 more to go to goal weight. Is keto/low carb too high fat and salty to sway pink? I always skip breakfast. I try not to snack, but when i do its a little peanutbutter or pork rinds. Only dairy is a little cheese. I haven't been exercising, but plan on starting some cardio. Also haven't started any supplements. My cycle ranges from 26 -29 days. With this range can I still pin an accurate ovulation day? I have some ph strips to start monitoring CM. Husband is tall and slim with some extracurricular is that a problem? I appreciate any feedback on getting our sway started

Any time you lose weight and change your diet to be more restrictive it can potentially sway pink. People have gotten girls on keto diets. i don't think it's necessarily your best bet, but it is NOT straight up a blue-friendly diet and if it's working for you I would continue doing that but would like to see you eating more vegetables (significantly more)
Don't worry about pinning down ovulation. That tactic has not worked anyway. I would either BD unprotected every 4-5 days OR do OPK strips and try for one attempt at your first positive OPK.
Drinking and smoking for DH probably only sways pink anyway.
Most of us have given up pH testing after so many opposites going every which way and it simply became impossible to believe that it was telling us anything of importance.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

When you say BD every 3 or four days, is that specific during fertile time or just general throughout the month?

generally thru the month, and that way if you ovulate a little sooner or later than you think, or if you start to O and then your body decides to wait and then ovulate in a week or month later (happens sometimes) then you don't miss the whole month!
