Newbie here! Swaying pink after 4 boys!
Atomic, I have a question about opks. I started testing on cd9 and it was negative. Then I noticed the next day on cd10 I had ewcm and so I tested when I got home from work and the test line was darker than the control line. I tested the next day on cd11 and the opk was positive the lines were the same darkness. I also still had ewcm and a slight cramping sensation both cd10 and cd11. Today, cd 13 the opk is negative. So, does that mean I really Oed on or around cd10-12? Is that okay to O that early with pcos?
Thanks in advance!

My guess would be that you O'd on CD11. Are you temperature charting as well? The best way to pinpoint O is to track your temperatures and see when it rises significantly (the last day of lower temp is usually the day you O'd).
Proud mama to 3 beautiful and perfect boys!

Hi again Teacher!
I think I mostly answered this in a different thread but yes it's fine to O that early with PCOS!
BUT, you can't tell when you ovulated based on the rate at which your OPK goes negative. You will ovulate about 24-36 hours after the first positive OPK even if it has already gone negative hours earlier or hasn't gone negative at all for days after.!!! Questions?? 2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
