    Swaying Girl and Exercise issue?

    I was planning to start trying this month... i do very! little exercise at the moment and only just realized exercise seems to be a big issue and either a do loads or none thing :/

    So bearing in mind i am shamably very unfit cardio wise what should i do to sway pink exercise wise? carry on doing none? i genuinely dont think i could do more then 10minutes active dancing cardio before being tiered! walking wise id struggle after 30 minutes (trying to be as honest as i can)

    i ideally wanted to do some tummy toning, but i dont think this is advisable? and im guessing not advisable to do waist twists etc?? thank you

    I answered this in the other thread you posted. If you think you won't be able to do the full hour, then skip it. We've still had ladies get girls even without the exercise. Do either the full on cardio or go couch potato.

    I'd just have you walking.

    I always recommend exercise but if you can't do it, you can't.

    No toning
