Full fat, skim or almond milk.
Hi guys, I’m so confused right now, with our morning coffee for a girl sway, are we meant To have full cream, skim or almond milk. I feel like I am losing my mind because the time for swaying has come. TIA xx

As long as you don't have pcos, you can do skim or almond. You can do creamer too...whatever you like really. Atomic has noticed a trend with the blue swayers doing almond milk getting more girls. It's interesting!

It depends on what YOU need for your diet. There are no magic foods, and you can have any food on LE Diet within the limits.
If you need fat, you should have cream or full fat dairy. If you already get enough fat, you may want to do skim. (exception is PCOSers and those on the alternate diet who should have ONLY full fat dairy and never use skim). Some people prefer to go fully vegan and they may want almond milk instead. whatever option will best meet your personal dietary needs!

Thanks so much for both of those replies. It’s interesting how different things work for different ppl. Two of my friends are pregnant with girls and both vegetarian and drink almond milk in their coffees. I think I’ll give it a go.
Thank you again. X

It's because it's about the overall nutrient content of your diet which varies drastically by the person. No magic foods!
I'm pretty sold on the almond milk swaying pink. Don't know how or why, but our results for blue are showing that.

A quick question, can you drink almond milk (unsweetened) on the PCOS diet?

Almonds are good for PCOS, the only issue is if they add a lot of sugar to almond milk because sugar is bad.
I'm just GUESSING here, but I'd guess that they don't add enough sugar for it to be a problem.

You can, but even the unsweetened ones are VERY carby. I'd much rather see you guys do full fat dairy than almond milk and eat real almonds instead.
