    Retroverted uterus?

So I have a retroverted uterus..I think some call it introverted. Anyways I have two boys and I'm pretty sure they were conceived with me on top. When you have this kind of uterus are there more favorable positions for swaying pink? And any other advice one should know when swaying pink with a retroverted uterus...or does it even matter?

I have a retroverted uterus too (also called tilted). If it were called introverted, it would mean the uterus would be going inside itself. LOL Having a retroverted uterus is no different than being left handed. It's just an anatomical variation.

Anyway, BD position doesn't sway but I know at least with pink swayers, fertility is hindered a bit so you can try lying on your tummy afterward which is usually what Atomic recommends. FWIW, I have three boys and a very tilted uterus that also leans way to the left. Nearly all 6 times we conceived I elevated my hips slightly afterward.

It doesn't matter. We have done lots of polls on this and there is no correlation between having a retroverted uterus and gender of baby conceived. It's just a normal variation that some of us have, like having brown or blue eyes. I have a retroverted uterus as do my mom and sister and my mom had mostly girls, I had mostly boys, and my sister had one of each.

We don't know if any positions are better than any others for ANY kind of uterus LOL. I will say I got my girl with me on top so I know that it can't be a case of "if u have a tipped uterus, woman on top sways blue" cause it certainly wasn't true for me. We have an article on positions and swaying here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...-pregnant.html but I seriously doubt any of this stuff makes any real difference. If it did we wouldn't see things like diet, exercise, and number of attempts making such a consistent difference if your position for BD could sway in any real way.

Only if you've had trouble getting pregnant. Otherwise most people can get pregnant just fine with tipped uterus.

Yes that's called a tipped or retroverted uterus. It's really not a big deal, nothing to worry about.
