    PCOS Le diet or regular Le diet

    I can’t decide which diet I should be doing. I have 4 boys now. I’ve never been diagnosed with PCOS. Each boy took 3 months at the most to conceive. I’m at my ideal weight. I could probably lose 5 pounds but no more. I’ve been mostly vegetarian my whole life. I eat the occasional chicken. I used to love to snack though. my period comes about every 28 days pretty smack on. Can you guide me which diet would be best?

    The PCOS type LE Diet gets better results and I suggest it for anyone who can stick to it without wasting away to nothing. Even if you just did it part-way (don't load up on empty calories, eat more fruit, veg, whole grains) I think it will be better for you.
