Contraception while preparing for attempt
Hi,
I have recently come of BCP and am currently waiting for O or AF while doing the diet.
Our atempt is probably another month away, so I am thinking about contraception for the meantime.
Any suggestions? Is anything better for swaying pink?

I would just use condoms. I have heard latex free is best as the chemicals they use on latex can increase your pH.

Condoms
Some people used spermicide condoms for the early part of their cycle (like af-3 DBO) in the hopes that the spermicide residue would confer some benefit for their sway.!!! Questions??
