    Fasting question!

    So I usually have a 15+ hour fast between dinner and first meal of the day. But I've been seeing alot of people say it's more important to wait 4 hours after you wake up! It's summer break so we are sleeping in till 8 but I usually have first meal around 11 to 12 after l do my cardio so am I eating too soon?

    It's the overall amount of time. Anywhere from 12-16 hours is great. There is no magic amout of time to wait after eating, and never has been. So if you eat dinner early you can have breakfast first thing in the morning.

    Thank you for clarifying that! I was talking to this lady on Facebook and she told me I was doing it wrong and eating way too early in the day and that it canceled out my fast!

    Stay off Facebook, they are so full of ____ on there it's ridiculous. I honestly can't go to every site online and police them (wish I could but just not enough hours in the day) so there is a lot of misinformation out there.

    But trust me - fasting is MY thing, I invented it, have done many times more research and reading on it than anyone else, and so I'm the authority on this one.
