dropped vitex and vit B6 - wonder what my cycle will do!

this is my first cycle not taking vit B6 in about 6 months. I also haven't taken vitex.

I have just had my first neg OPK after some positives, and now in my "2ww". Not sure on exact DPO because I'm not temping this cycle either, but I think I'm about 1dpo. That would mean OV on CD26.

In previous cycles I've OVed between CD19 and CD31, usually between CD26-31 and the cycle where I OVed early was the one I took vitex with.

Previous LPs have been between 3-8 days long. The last one was 5 days, but I was BF more at the time.
I've not been BF as frequently this cycle, so I wonder if the reduced BF will lengthen my LP on its own... and if I can keep improving it by lowering BF (not stopping it) and also then add supps back in.

For me, less BF at night really did help and almost right away too. Good luck and keep us updated!

AF arrived today at 10dpo, so a 9 day LP is a 1 day improvement on my previous best when I was taking supps and nearly long enough to get pregnant!

I think I'll start the diet and vitex again, but only 400mg per day, so half what I was taking a few months ago... and maybe a small amount of vit B6 - 50mg or less this time.

I'm also taking my calcium+folic acid+vit D supp, and a fish oil supp as well for the omega 3 to improve my lining and up my chances of implantation.

Oh... and made the decision to eat no chocolate this time, only because I hadn't realised how high in potassium it really is!
