You would eat more carbs than you were in the past, yes, but you would NOT eat nothing but plain pasta and rice. that is not the LE Diet at all.
Sushi and wine once a week is fine and in fact sushi is one of my most frequent recommendations.
Anyone who needs to eat breakfast for their health should continue doing that. Don't skip breakfast in that case.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you for the insight Atomic! The more I read the more I get intrigued by your essays and info.
Actually I was planning on doing the FGD but I conceived DS2 on a diet full of dairies, white meat and cal+mag supps. Ok, I wasnt properly swaying, I was just following some advises I found on the internet.
I had only one intercourse, probably day b4 ovulation, after 7 months of unsuccessful cut offs.
If timing doesn't mean anything and diet is the Main gender swaying factor, I would say I had a very good chance at a girl right? Or at least... assuming that dairies and cal+mag sway girl. But no.. it did not work for me.
I thought about all my friends that had girls... and I realized that many of them have very irregular meals, skip breakfast, drink alcohol, coffee and train very hard (cardio).
So basing on these info, I bet it does match with what you states about low glucose levels.
Also my mother had me in her late age (40) and she was barely eating due to a stressful moment of her life. She also drinks just black coffee for breakfast and nothing till noon.
Back to my diet, yes I am quite sure about my cal intake cuz I am following a diet my nutritionist gave me when I had to loose weight put up during DS1 pregnancy (I had 13 kilos to lose).
That diet is about 1400 cal per day but it became my regular cal intake since 2 years and half
Now I am 19 ish BMI but I still have to lose something to be back to my pre baby weight (51-52 kilos). I've always been very thin (weighting around 50 in my twenties) but doing very well and full of energy, so I suppose it's ok with me.
In view of my sway I will privilege carbs and vegs and eat less animal proteins and fats. I am happy for the vegs bcs I eat tons! Lol!
For the breakfast, I will try to have my coffee with milk and eat a meal at noon. Skip snacks and eat dinner direclty. The goal is have 2 or 3 meals right?

A lot of us, myself included, got boys with the high dairy intake and cal-mag supplements. I personally (and the best study ever done on maternal diet and gender conceived, showed) believe that nutrients across the boards, all of them, sway blue, and there are tons and tons of nutrients in dairy. Even taking cal-mag was shown to sway blue. I got all 4 of my boys with lots of dairy, and my last two boys taking cal-mag, and gave it all up to get my girl. And if you were eating a lot of white meat, you weren't limiting protein either. You of course need to do what you feel comfortable with but I can not ever say that I think the FGD is the best way to get a girl because I don't believe it. I think the FGD appears to work not because of minerals, but because many people eat lower fat, protein, calories, and nutrients than they do normally.
No sway tactic is 100% - we do get opposites even with one attempt. It never comes down to one thing like that. you have to look at what works for most people, most of the time, and do that. Just because you got a boy last time doesn't mean it wasn't swaying pink for you...what if because you did that one attempt, you went from 80% likely to have a boy, to 60% likely to have a boy? That would be a huge sway! You wouldn't want to not do that in the future just because you got tricked by some statistics, you know? Our results do show one attempt sways and I'm happy to explain why I'm so sold on it if you'd like.
Since you're sure you're eating that much, then please continue and just limit protein and fat in the LE Diet limits.
I do not want anyone BMI 19 deliberately losing weight. Ive seen too many people who stopped ovulating all together even though they'd been thinner in the past.
yes push breakfast back and have 2-3 meals a day.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

any non sweet, non starchy veg, which is most of them.
It's easier to say the ones that AREN"T low carb veg. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, beets, carrots, beans/legumes, and preparations with cooked tomatoes (which almost all have added sugar) all have higher carbs. Everything else (including fresh tomato) is low carb.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
