Alcohol for DH

DH drinks a lot of beer and spirits. Is beer a no-no?
I am drinking white wine up to our next attempt. I normally never drink. I have low tolerance so I can only manage a glass or maybe two over several hours. I can't stomach spirits or beer or red wine. So I am just sticking with white wine.

Which alcohol is best for DH? Should I ask him to stop beer and just do gin and tonics or vodka tonics? He is doing OLE, soy milk, cycling and running. He is also not eating red meat up to our next attempt.

I think I may have messed up this month's attempt. We are doing e4d. Tonight I had an orgasm :'( (sorry tmi)

Should I skip this month now? Or should I maybe use Rephresh to hopefully bring down my ph? I am not sure how to fix what I assume is my now higher pH. I don't checkmy ph and honestly I don't entirely know how to do it properly. I tried once back at the beginning of the year and scrapped it because it was so uncomfortable - I didn't feel it was something I could commit to doing.

Drinking alcohol for DH is fine, but it may be time to stop some of the things like soy milk and cut back on drinking, cycling, and jogging to boost odds of conception.)

No, you should not ever skip a month for an orgasm. No need to use RepHresh, pH does not work and our results have clearly shown RepHresh does nothing at all. I and many of the all girl moms had orgasms when we got our girls.

I don't recommend bothering with pH since the testing has not seemed to tell us any relevant info and is just another thing to stress and obsess over.

I always have an orgasm with sex -- it's non-negotiable for me! Definitely had them with DD. I literally had 3 during the conception of this Team Green baby which I will be amazed is a boy

DH never drinks white wine, had pretty much only good quality craft beer before DD.

Sylk may be slightly pink friendly (altho our results show it doesn't do anything) but it kills sperm. I've been having people use a very small amount of Preseed or Conceive Plus (anything sperm safe or conception friendly) for a lube that doesn't kill sperm once they've been trying a while. Larger amounts may sway blue so use the smallest possible amount you can get by with.
