    Clomid and OPK

I'm now entering into my third cycle on Clomid and TTC. I have been doing one attempt at Pos OPK which for the last two cycles has been on CD 13. Taking clomid CD 3-7. I have gotten pregnant several times with this method. Those previous pregnancies unfortunately ended in ms but I'm wondering why I'm having troubles now. Could clomid be giving me false positive on OPK?

Well, if you got pregnant then the Clomid wasn't giving you a false positive.

But I"m not totally sure I'm following your question so let me elaborate. You can always get false positive OPK with or without Clomid. So it may be that your attempt was too early.

At this point, I would have you go to every 4 day method - BD without protection every 4 days starting after your last dose of Clomid and carrying on till you're sure that you've ovulated, even if that means going all the way till your next period begins.
