I'd use it like we use Acijel or Sylk - either a larger amount (like quarter or half-dollar) size 1-2 hours before intercourse OR a smaller amount as a lube for intercourse. We have really moved away from the jellies lately since they cut odds of conception and don't seem to be working that well. But if you want to try it, that's how you'd do it.

Oh also what would be the point of keeping ph low after 4hrs after dtd as the swimmers will already where they need to be?

I don't think you do. After intercourse the sperm go up inside out of reach of the jellies.

There really IS no point in keeping pH low 4+ hours after DTD. Some other sites say that it's important but they are ignoring the fact that your entire reproductive tract makes lots of very high pH fluid to aid sperm survival (both X and Y sperm need higher pH to live) and the entire thing has been all but debunked. There is no way putting something in your vagina could permeate your reproductive tract any more than putting something in your nostril could change the pH in your sinuses. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...ph-pickle.html
