Plan to ttc a girl in May.

12 weeks on LE diet
60 mins cardio (most just walk) 6-7 days a week
coffee
alcohol (if you drink)
1 attempt in fertile window

LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus coffee, alcohol, fiber, and giving up fortified foods and multivitamins.
Cardio exercise 60 min a day, 6-7 days a week, but 4 or more dayss also got good results.

clomid or femara if you can get them.
For your husband, smoking, and jogging/biking are proven in studies to sway pink. Olive leaf extract and soy milk may also help for him.
None of the rest of the various tactics have seemed to work.

Swaying Advice Coach
LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, and being sure to drop fortified foods, vitamin supplements and probiotics
Cardio 60 min a day, 6-7 days a week if u can, if not, 4+ days a week
One attempt
Clomid or Femara if you can get them
For DH - jogging/biking and smoking have been shown in studies to sway pink. Olive Leaf Extract and soy milk also may help as may going vegetarian or even vegan

It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
