Frequent release or abstinence for 30 year old man?

Abstain is a little higher than FR right now, but both of them are STILL much lower than the overall success rate of the site, and historically FR and abstain have been very similr in terms of success (both of them disappointingly bad!!!)

I would pick whatever option feels easiest and less stressful to you as a couple. As a general rule we've found abstain is less stressful, but often hubbies get really rebellions over it...stressful in itself!
