    Exercise

Hi there - my understanding of the exercise piece for girl swaying is that more exercise is best but that you don't want to build bulk so it's best to avoid weights. Is that right? I have a treadmill that I use to work out on when I'm working (standing desk). This really is my only exercise at the moment but I aim to do as much as possible and average 2-3 hours a day (4-5 miles of walking) 5 days a week. I'm only walking not running on the treadmill (approx 1.8 MPH). Is that good enough and is my understanding of the exercise piece correct? Many thanks for the advice.

Yes that's right. You don't need to do 2-3 hours though. Please stick with an hour a day. We don't want you to lose too much weight.
