What else can I do?
I'm trying to sway girl, I'm currently on the LE diet, I'm drinking 2-3 cups of diet coke a day, I'm taking 10,000mg cranberry supplements and the normal folic acid, from the day AF finished I'm using replens every 3 days until it's time to DTD which I plan to do half a application instead of a full 1 in the morning and plan to DTD at about 9pm that night I'm hoping to DTD at my positive O test is my sway good?
Also which has better success rates for a girl sway abstain for a few days or have him release and just have that 1 main attempt on O or just be very active and stop at O? I'm very confused as everyone in different places say to do differently.

I'm sure Atomic and some of the more experienced ladies will give you some advice but from my understanding the best things for a pink sway are 12 or more weeks on LE diet, exercise 60 mins 5-6 days per week, one attempt in fertile window (most do this attempt at positive OPK) , alcohol and coffee. I'm not sure about the cranberry supplement. Good luck with your sway.

Please give me a couple days before bumping. When you bump your post it goes back to the top of my "new" posts and since I go from oldest to newest, can sometimes make it take me longer to reply than it otherwise would.
I don't recommend cranberry but that is your call to make.
The important thing is to have just the one attempt. Abstain and daily release have not worked at all, the thing that has worked is the one attempt. So PLEASE do not be "very active and then stop" before or AT O because that's been quite blue friendly for us. (I know they say to do that on some other sites, but I think that is complete insanity and a really bad idea. With the link you added its took a fair bit to read though twice over but its really made me understand about timing and bding every 2-4 days and 1 attempt at p-opk I still plan to use half a application of replens this try as my DH PH is still very high so hopfully it will lower it just enough.
I do have a fair bit of weight to shift so I'll keep the exercise going throughout pregnancy too and I keep having little slip ups with the diet (nothing major) but still not super strict. But I think other than that everything is looking good for my girl sway after 3 boys xx
