My sway for a little pink bundle!
Hey guys,
At first, damn I'm so happy ive found this site! I completely trust the knowledge and experience you guys have and it makes me very comfortable to start this yourney.
after reading a few months I started the LE diet today.
I'm from the Netherlands and have 1 amazing son of 10 months.
Would love to have a little sister for him!
We are getting married in june and want to start ttc then.
For my boy i've lived a very boyish lifestyle: I've gained weigth preciously, love my good old breakfast, ate a lot of protein and one did weight training.
For my sway I want to do the following:
- LE diet (late breakfast, a Fasting period of at least 12 hours (possibly more)
- Cardio work out at least 4 days
- Daily antihistamine (need them for my hayfever and allergies).
- I am mad about red bull light, would love to keep them, what do you guys think?
- 1 attempt with abstain
- drink peppermint and cinnamon tea.
I also want to go extra hardcore on the dieet the week of the attempt, as a extra girl push.
I also have a little girl outfit under my bed and a salt light.
Another thing, we conceived our son with a Turkey baster (weird to say but ok) so I would really wish for a natural conception for the second baby.

Congrats on the wedding! I would stay away from red bull as there's too many vitamins. I would also skip the tea. Peppermint tea has shown it doesn't help sway pink and tea in general tends to sway blue. Coffee is better for pink. I also would not go "extra hardcore" on diet the week before your attempt. It doesn't really help and may actually hurt by delaying ovulation. Everything else is fine. Diet, exercise, and one attempt are all strong sway tactics. Coffee and alcohol are good to add in too. Atomic would be able to tell you if abstain is right for you guys or not. Let us know if you have any other questions!

The red bull is a big eye opener for me: I thought, no calories, caffeine and aspartame. What harm can that do? But indeed the vitamins.. best reason to stop that junk all together.
Coffee it is! That would definitely make it a complete opposite to getting my son and now.

My farts smell... Hahaha. I think I haven't gone a number 2 in days.. should I add fiber to my diet? Anything to look for when I buy the tablets?

Hey, we're glad you found us too!
I would drop the red bulls because they are highly fortified and act like vitamins.
What is your BMI?
I have really moved away from peppermint because it didn't work and messed up cycles badly, and cinnamon is really only for those who have 30 lbs or more to lose. So either of those things is ok in dietary amoutns (2-3 times per week) but don't use them in medicinal amounts unless you know you have moderate to severe PCOS and/or more than 30 lbs to spare.
I don't want you to go hard core on the diet the week before O. That doesn't work (if dieting for a week worked, we'd all only diet for a week!) and cutting back suddenly just before ovulation happens will delay ovulation.

That can happen whenever you change diet!
Yes we've had good luck with fiber for pink sways, so definitely add that in!
