Does low vitamin d help sway or does it not matter ?

It might sway pink but if it's so low it's affecting your health, you should still take some under the advice of your doctor.

Last month I was prescribed 50,000 vit d but only for that month and to take once a week, I took it because I needed it. I am starting my sway next month and won't be ttc until July or even August. He didn't say to come back in or to start taking a lower dose once done. So I am not sure if I should just continue without it on my own or should consider taking a lower dose just to be on the safe side?

Let's have you take it 2x a month instead of weekly as a compromise till the sun comes out (assuming you're where it's early spring now)
