Hi atomic,
Well it’s been a month since my loss and I’m still getting a positive preg test but it is still fading and still a few drops of brown blood that is also diminishing daily. My hemoglobin is still under 80 even with daily iron pills it hasn’t budged. So I’ve been told to start eating red meat which I am doing almost daily. I feel like my sway might be at jeopardy and don’t know what to do. If I don’t get my iron up I could either not conceive or miscarry. If I eat read meat often, my sway suffers. I am struggling to workout more than 3 times a week. I need lots of naps. What should I do?

What kind of iron are you taking? Are you taking it alone or with something containing Vit. C? How much and how often are you taking it?
Doctors have this mystical belief in the power of red meat but I'm constantly anemic and regularly eat red meat. If you're taking the right kind of iron supp it would be way better than red meat anyway so we need to get you on something better.
What are they saying about why it's taking so long for the test to go negative?

Thanks atomic. I was taking floradix AND And ferrous fumarate 150mg with vitamin c 175mg zinc 15mg. I’ve now switched to heme iron 2-3 times a day. And eating one red meat meal a day for the last five days. I find the red meat makes me super sleepy though. After I eat it I feel like I need a nap. I think it’s just because I haven’t eaten it much in over a year.
They are doing bloodwork tomorrow and an ultrasound Monday. They said maybe my body is just taking its sweet time dropping the hormone but they will confirm Monday.

If anemia goes on a long time for no apparent reason with no improvement they need to be more proactive about running some tests to be sure nothing is going on. Not likely, but definitely worth further investigation if it does not improve on the heme iron.

Ok thanks but do you think it is ok to try at first ovulation? Or should I do LE for a few months again? Hcg is around 70 so I’m almost there. I reckon 2 weeks to a month after I hit near 0 I will ovulate.

Yes I think it's still ok to try at O. Time is not on our side here and I don't want you spending time on LE letting potentially good eggs go by when you could be trying.

Yes, but it may be a faker. I'd have attempt but do keep testing.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
