Improve egg while swaying girl
Atomic, is there anything I can do to get a better egg while still doing a girl sway? Should I add zinc or vitamin E? What about omega 3? I eat fish once a week already but overall I get more omega6 than 3. I’m a bit worried about conceiving in the summer months because my boys were summer conceptions so I’m hoping to ovulate next month after this loss and catch a good egg before the summer hits and I’ll be getting lots of vitamin D.
Thank you!

PLEASE no one take Vitamin E. It's been linked to possibly being associated with birth defects and until we know more I want everyone to take no more than the 100% that is in most prenatals.
If you'd like, you can take iron 18-30 mg 3x a week, zinc 8-15 mg 3x a week, lowest dose D and B12 you can find 1x a week, and then coq10 (ubiquinol) 400-600 mg daily till BFP then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till one per week, then drop them.
I'd also advise increasing folic acid or folate to 2000 and taking all thru the first trimester of pregnancy and only at that point, gradually wean back to amount in prenatal
If you don't have thyroid problems take 150 iodine daily from here on in, including during pregnancy (when u start prenatal compensate for the amount in prenatal, so if it has 150 as well just go from the iodine taken separately to the amount in the prenatal.)

Oh really? Do you think it should be negative by now? I miscarried 10 days ago today.

Yes I think it should be lightening up by now. They may need to check for retained tissue.

Thanks atomic. My bleeding is finally starting to stop and the PG test was lighter today but still positive. I’ll call them tomorrow and see about getting an ultrasound.

If it's lightening up and you feel ok (no temp, no excessive crampiness or body aches) you can wait and see - I'm sure the last think you'd like to do right now is go in for an ultrasound.

Yep, they said it is ok and they expect levels to take 3 weeks to drop. Which isn’t a bad thing really as I am just starting cardio again now that I’m regaining my energy after everything.

I'm so glad you're feeling a little better - let me know how I can help.
It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
