Flu and excersize
My son has the flu, and I’m patiently waiting to contract it... with that being said normally I excwrsize in the morning and do faster cardio, this week though I’ve been having to excersize later on in the day/night when my husband gets home. Will this make a difference in my sway? Being that I do my cardio after eating my meals for the day?

Atomic, what is normal weight loss a month when swaying? I posted another thread and only lost 2.4 lbs in a month, I’m a little less then a week away from AF so I don’t know if I’m bloated or if I actually only lost 2 lbs in a month, I’m not sure where to go from here, I am eating more calories but still only about 1400-1600 and those are coming from whole grains. Should I cut back to 1200 with less whole grains for the remainder of my sway?

There is no normal, it varies by everyone. I am fine with any weight loss as long as you're not gaining.
If you'e happy where you're at with your diet, I'd leave it and not cut back any more.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
