Sweat by kayla itsines for exercise?
I am wondering if exercising with apps like SWEAT (by kayla Itsines) is pink friendly.
https://www.kaylaitsines.com/pages/about
I hardly have time to go to the gym or out for a walk anyway. These exercises you can do them at home whenever you have time...
I think they are high intensity exercises combining cardio and streght.
Is there any of you that tried it or that can tell me if it's pink friendly? Do you think it worths a trial or better sticking to plain cardio (run/walk..)
Thank you alot xx

I haven't seen anyone do it - personally I'd never pay money for an app because You Tube has such great exercise programs like PopSugar and Blogilates which are free!!
You can get a girl doing any type of exercise as long as you're eating lower cal, lower protein, and have lost a bit of weight. For the most part I have the most faith in cardio alone without the strength training, but many have gotten girls even while doing strength.

Thank you very much for the tips Atomic!❤
I'll have a look for sure!
Yep I wasn't keen about paying for the app neither... 🙈

Well kayla is having a girl! I paid for the first program and love it! I personally didn't think there was much with the weights and actually did YouTube videos after her workout to incorporate more weights. I plan on doing her program minus the weights she has you use and adding walking/running. It's only 27 mins and will walk/run the remaining amount to get a full 60 mins in.

Most of the exercises she lets you use your own body weight.
I thinks the reason she’s is having a girl is because of her diet and the things she eats.

I'm telling ya, there's nothing for pay that you can't get for free from Blogilates and Popsugar Fitness on You Tube. I have no association with them, don't get money for mentioning their names (just in case you guys were wondering) I just really truly believe in their programs and even do them myself.
It's totally cool if you guys like it, but as a cheapskate I hate seeing people pay for things they can get for free.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
