    New on this site, diet and ph question IG vs GenderDreaming

    Hi!

    Im new here, coming over from Ingender. Anyone know why Ingender forum is closed by the way?

    The IG diet for TCC a girl says you can eat chicken every day, but other diets for TCC a girl says that chicken sway boy. Anyone know about this?

    My other question is about timing. We will try to use the O+12 method. What is best to use before attempt? Lime, rephresh or replens? I guess rephresh lowers ph befor attempt, but that also makes it harder to pinpoint O+12?

    I'm not sure why IG is down, I believe they have long term server maintenance issues... but personally always found this site friendlier so not spent much time investigating IG.

    chicken is meat and meats in general raise testosterone levels. Vegetarian diets have also been proven to have more girls, and chicken itself contains a LOT of protein. I do eat chicken once a week as a treat (to make the diet more bearable) but also try and only eat a small portion even then.

    O+12 is considered quite a risky timing approach on this site, essay here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html it's the pH before the attempt that matters, within 5-15 mins the sperm have entered the uterus so pH in the VJ doesn't matter after that time because the swimmers are long gone

    Ingender is closed because the site owner never does maintenance on it and so it gets glitches that render it unusable until she decides to fix them.

    That having been said, it is best to avoid ALL meat while TTC a girl because your body uses the protein and saturated fat in meats, to build muscle mass and make testosterone. You want to SHRINK your muscle mass and lower testosterone, and chicken helps to feed your muscles, either growing or maintaining them.

    You should def. read the Trouble with Timing thread that Rainbow linked you to but also, here is my series about O+12 - read all three so you really know the pros and cons of O+12 and the VERY shaky evidence that it was based on.     I personally much prefer RepHresh to any other options available. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...-rephresh.html The only reason why we ever thought RepHresh might not work with O+12 is because we weren't sure if it acted fast enough, but then we tested it and found that it worked instantaneously to lower semen pH, just as fast as Replens and Acijel.

    douching/lime is vastly inferior to jellies because it doesn't last.
