Fibre
How does the fibre work? When do you take them..after every meal? Is it a pill form and any recommendations of which to buy.
If you're taking other supps..calcium, magnesium how does this interfere with that

Yep with any meal containing fat! You can take it 1x a day or 2-3 times if you're having fat at every meall, but you should start off with just one.

Whichever you prefer.
I don't recommend brands, just whatever you recognize and can easily get that doesn't have any herbs or vitamins added to it.
It doesn't have an effect on them since they're not fat soluble. They can get absorbed even without fat and so are not negatively affected by fiber

I would try to find one that does not have prune in it, as that may have a really strong laxative effect!! (that's why most people take fiber so sometimes they put other ingredients in the fiber to act as a stimulant laxative)

Metamucil is fine as long as it doesn't have added laxatives or any vitamins added to it.
I don't recommend products. Companies are constantly changing their formulas and it would be a full time job for me to go over all the supplements/fiber on the market every few weeks to be sure I was telling you guys the "best" ones, let alone the "best" ones may not be available for people in some locations.
There is no need to overthink this, it's really not that important as long as you aren't taking laxatives or vitamins.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
