What should hubby be doing?

Hi,
Is there anything hubby should be doing to sway pink? There is no way in hell he’ll drink coffee haha. He’s very thin compared to how he was when we had all the boys, 74kg then and about 59kg now. He’s started drinking 1 or 2 alcoholic drinks most nights.

And anything in terms of how frequent he releases on his own, or has that been disproven?

I forgot to say he’s 49 (I’m 38) and doesn’t have a huge sex drive, never has, so relieving daily won’t work out, tried it last time LOL.

When we conceived our Girl last time, he relieved 4 days prior to our one attempt. I was worried about having old/defective sperm doing a 7-10 day abstain.

my dh doesnt do anything to sway, if your dh will do things great but i wouldnt let it bother you if he wont/cant, the vast majority of us on here are swaying without any help from dh's and the results are still amazing! Good luck!!

Losing that large an amount of weight for him should help your sway.

I would not give him anything for sway supplements given his age.

I want him to release on his own or with you with a condom every 2-4 days for as far in advance of the sway as is feasible.
