    Is this approach still OK?

    Hi Atomic,
Had to put my sway on hold, as I was not in a good place these past few months. Too much pressure at work and was finding it very hard on my end to juggle motherhood and work.

I am now back more hopeful and with plan to improve my life and let go of the job that is really not for me and I had a pink sway query.

Having tried PCOS diet (as per personalised plan) which I could not keep up with, so I am now trying a new approach that is more possible for me to stick to, which is:
    1. to stick with the PCOS limits, ie Both fat & protein up to 60grams each
    2. Avoid fat free options
    3. But to not limit sugar or white flour and just go with the flow here as long as I am sticking to about 1800calories a day

Is this sway OK or is it too free style to even sway pink? Any suggestions on how I could improve this maybe?

For now I am avoiding excercise which I plan to start 6 weeks before starting TTC

    Thank you
for another pink bundle to join our family

Can you refresh my memory - do you have PCOS or were we just doing it just in case?

We were doing it just in case though I ended up losing a lot of weight in the beginning and had to up my calories.
I have gained weight these past few months, about 5 kilos so that is not an issue now...
I had Gestetional diabetes with last pregnancy but I managed to control that with diet only and DD2 was fine when born.
Midwives believed though I had the same with my 2nd birth of DS1 though I was not tested and diagnosed with it at the time. He was very big at 10.5 lbs though he is a healthy 5 year old now, just very tall.
    DD2 was only 7.4 lbs.

I gained a lot of weight with all 3 of my pregnancies (between 28-30lbs) and had to go on a strict diet and lost it all in the first year

Well, 28-30 pounds is not a lot of weight!

Is there any way you could either do whole grains OR limit sugar? Even if not perfectly, just as long as you aren't eating tons of them.

If you hadn't had the history of gestational diabetes I'd say it was fine, I feel a bit nervous since that would still be pretty high in refined carbs though.
