A few diet and sway questions please
Now that I’ve been into this for 3 weeks I have a few questions to refresh my memory.
I’ve been aiming for 1800kj a day, which is close to what I ended at last time (1900ish as I was losing too much weight). Is that ok? 60g fat and 50g protein too.
I’m still BF one feed a day too which I wasn’t last time.
I’m also finding it hard to keep to the fat limits. Would skim milk help?
I’m eating 3-4 meals, but am having 15hrs between dinner and next meal..
Thoughts on any of that?

Are you counting the small amounts of fat and protein in fruit and veg?? If so, don't.
If you're on the alternate PCOS-type diet for insulin resistance, PCO tendencies, or egg quality you should NOT have skim dairy. Everyone else can have skim dairy.
1800-2000 cals for anyone breastfeeding, even just 1x a day. If your body "thinks" there's not enough coming in when you're nursing it will stop ovulating.
No worries on the number of meals, 3 is totally allowed and I often have people go to 4. I always had 3 when I got my girl!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

The doctor thinks I may need an iron supplement, and will know more after blood test. How will that go with swaying? Should I put the swaying on hold until my levels are better?

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
