    Skipped ovulation during sway. Need advice.

    Hi ladies! I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
    I started my sway April 10th. I bought a personalized plan. Ate 3 meals/day. Kept my calories around 1800/day (I'm breastfeeding). On busy days I did eat less than this. Skipped breakfast and no snacking. Lots of diet pop and crystal light to help with my cravings and temptation to snack. No exercise for me because I'm a busy full time nurse with three boys under 5 and have zero time in my day to work out. No meat and limited dairy. Kept my sodium around 1000mg. I struggled to get enough protein most days. I lost about 1lb/week. When I started my sway I was about 125lbs and now iI'm 120.

    Because I'm breastfeeding my nipples get extreemly soar and tender when I ovulate. It's almost unbearable. This month no soreness aswell as no EWCM and I have been using ovulation test strips almost daily and none have been positive. I usually have about a 28-30 day cycle. I ovulate around day 16. It's now day 21 and no ovulation. I'm going to continue to sway but I need to ovulate to get a baby lol! We plan to TTC in July. 12 weeks after starting my sway. Also I'm NOT pregnant. I was on a 40 day course of antibiotics leading up to my sway and after finishing them I had three yeast infections in a row so NO SEX. my yeast Infections have cleared up now but it's not pregnancy.

    Any advice would help!!

    1800 is the bare minimum when breastfeeding. We need to have you eat more. No more days with less than 1800.

    How much fat and protein are you getting?

    How tall are you?

    It's not unusual for people to have delayed O while swaying. For now I want you to drop fiber and add in a serving of full fat dairy every day, 4-6 eggs a week, and a serving of salmon if you like it, red meat if you don't.

    I'm not sure if my last reply posted. I think I did something wrong..
    I'm 5'4, aiming for 45g of protein and 4pg of fat a day. I'll add the suggestions that you mentioned! Thanks!

    So your BMI is 20.6, that means you're at the point at which I want you to stop losing weight and hold steady. So up cals to however much it takes to stop weight loss.

    I want you on 50-60 g protein and fat daily.
