Less dairy in my diet
So I would like to switch from the powdered dairy creamer to a non dairy creamer with my coffee to decrease my dairy intake, but I’m looking for a low cal option so I can sip on it throughout the day. I normally add two Splenda to my coffee so it doesn’t count as a meal time. Maybe a dumb question, but I was thinking of switching to either almond milk or coconut milk, but wouldn’t these be nutrient dense as we are to avoid nuts and nutrient dense items due to high protein and nutrients? Any ideas on what type of creamer I can substitute?

Apparently, almond milk do cause opposites in blue swayers.
I understand your worries, I was thinking the same in reverse : how can almonds sway blue if almond milk seems to sway pink ? But most blue swayers from last year ate almonds and nuts and had boys...
Looks like something in the "milk" goes for pink while the almond itself goes for blue... but nobody knows why. In my country, it was also aknowledged that something is going on with almond milk and swaying sooo... I think you can happily use it. I took almond/soja/coconut/rice milk regularly and got two daughters. I think you will be okay.

The added vegetable oils in non dairy milks are likely what sways pink - if you ensure you get some that are non fortified then that probably is good for pink
Conversely,I suspect that if you made your almond milk, with just nuts and water..that would be ok for blue. Though, you’d get more nutrients in a handful of nuts than a glass of home made almond milk which would mostly be water

All foods are allowed within limits.
You do not need to limit nuts. Many specific foods I mention in the LE Diet (such as nuts, dairy and eggs) are said by some to be "magic pink foods" so some people eat massive amounts of them (without sticking in limits). But you guys can have ALL FOODS within limits. As long as you're in the limits you cannot be getting too many nutrients (provided you're avoiding multivitamins and highly fortified foods.)

Almond milk is highly processed and has extra ingredients in it (like vegetable oils). Processing changes the way foods are digested. Almond milk behaves differenty in the body than almonds do.

Thank you for your response! So almond milk would not be considered a highly fortified food then? I would be drinking it every day in my coffee, but if my powdered dairy creamer would be a safer bet, then I would stick with that. I would want to stick with the better option for a pink sway, whichever that would be.

Seeing the blue sway opposites with almond milk, I would say this is the safer bet. I don't know which brand you use but my powdered dairy at home is what is highly fortified and I almost regret not taking more of it when TTC all things considered :/ ! Maybe that would have helped getting a boy haha !

It is no more fortified than milk, which is also fortified.
If you're having it in coffee it's very unlikely you're getting any appreciable amount anyway.
I can't tell you what option is better. I CAN tell you that worrying over very small and likely insignificant details like this is probably not going to help your sway any because it's that control freakishness that may sway blue.
Pick an option and go with it and then put it out of your head totally.
