Negative OPKs for three months - now what?

Hi all, I’m new to tracking but was hoping to TTC our girl Aug/Sept. I’ve been tracking for 3 months (this month/June is the 3rd) and I’ve never had a positive OPK. I was on the pill prior to the 3 months. At what point should I go to the doctor? I haven’t had perfectly regular periods but they haven’t been that far off either, with the exception of last months that was 1.5 weeks late.

I started taking Vitex to try to gain some regularity but idk :/ are OPKs always accurate? I do believe somewhat in timing and I don’t want to mess up my sway

Are you testing all month, or stopping on a certain day?

My suspicion is that the vitex (which I cannot recommend any more since it messes up people's cycles far more than it ever helps anyone) was delaying ovulation and you stopped testing too soon possibly, or sometimes vitex seems to mask the surge.

NO OPK are not always accurate. They're really not very good at all, it's just that it's the only technology we have.

I would likely have you go to e4d if this doesn't resolve but I suspect it's the vitex.

I use the Flo app and test about 5 days before it says I’m “supposed” to ovulate and up to a week after. I recently starting testing twice a day thinking maybe I’m missing the surge. Maybe next month I’ll test twice every single day of my cycle.
Yesterday I had slightly brown but stretchy discharge (sorry TMI, but I’ve only ever noticed that one other time in my life!) and really hoping i get a + opk in the next few days

Ok. The apps are junk. They're barely better than useless and have caused several people just here on this site to conceive when they didn't intend to. But it's most likely the OPK is just not registering the surge for some reason. What time of day are you checking?

It is not unusual to have brown discharge when your cycle has been weird - good sign!
