Hi ladies, I’m hoping I can join this group too :) We will be having our first attempt at the end of this month (if ovulation happens when I expect it will). I’ve been on the diet for 16 weeks and went vegetarian at the beginning of the year. I’ve lost about 4kgs and I’m getting too skinny, despite eating more cals and fat than I should some days. I’m eating 3 meals a day - but I see most people eat 2... anyone else eating 3? I am getting 16-17 hours between dinner and breakfast.
