Hi and welcome tambot! These support threads are great, but if you have any questions for me specifically be sure to start a new thread and post! I don't always read these because they move very quickly and have lots of different people in them, so whenever you guys have a q for me post them separately so I see them!

Hi ladies, I’m hoping I can join this group too We will be having our first attempt at the end of this month (if ovulation happens when I expect it will). I’ve been on the diet for 16 weeks and went vegetarian at the beginning of the year. I’ve lost about 4kgs and I’m getting too skinny, despite eating more cals and fat than I should some days. I’m eating 3 meals a day - but I see most people eat 2... anyone else eating 3? I am getting 16-17 hours between dinner and breakfast.

I’m eating 3 as well with 16 hours between dinner and breakfast but I’m yet to cut out most of my meat, I struggle with that bit!!! Do you have any kids? Good luck and pink dust!

I am eating 3, sometimes 4 a day. But keeping to my totals well. I did have a cheat day yesterday and had some pork though! I’ve been missing it so much. And it was sooo good!

Pork is one of the better cheats because it has a lot of Omega 6 fats in it.

Both 2 and 3 meals are equally allowed. I had 3 when I got my girl

Hello there ladies!
Italian gal here, 35 yo, trying to conceive a baby girl after 2 lovely boys (aged 4 and 17months)
Happy to join this ttc thread!
I recently had a chemical (BFP on august 24th) and even if it doesn't sway girl as much as a later-on m/c I want to try and catch this egg before AF.
Currently CD8 and I am foreseen to O in 1 week, although going by body signs I think ovulation wont be this far away.
I am following the 21days Meal plan, skipping bf, 3 coffees daily, 1-2 glasses of wine 3+ evening x week, exercising 7/7 1 hr cardio x day (fast walk outdoor/jogging or indoor cyclette if rainy).
Planning for 1 attempt at +opk with no jellies or other stuff other than maybe a hint of sylk as lube as I am pretty dry lately.
Good luck and pink dust to everyone!!

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry I didn't come to write here for a while. The reason is we decided we didn't really care about the gender of our fourth bean. We wanted to conceive naturally without having to do OPK's, the one attempt and everything. So no pink sway for me, but I wish you all the very very best with yours.
AND: we've just found out we're pregnant again Due June 9th!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
