struggling with LE fat limit
Hi,
I am a newbie (long time follower).
I discovered genderdreaming for the first time 5 years ago while pregnant with ds2. It helped me a lot to cope with the the gender disappointment.
My sons are my life, and it will be nice to have a third son, but I will be even happier if I get my daughter.
I am a typical boys mom which need to control every thing, I also have anxiety issues.
During the last 5 years I got a lot of information about swaying.
We are planning to start ttc Sept so I start LE diet two weeks ago but I really struggle with it.
My main concern is fat. We mainly eat home cooked meals with several ingredients so estimating calories and fat is difficult. Furthermore, our receipts contain a lot of fat and I realized that the LE fat limit is at maximum the equivalent of 3 canola oil tablespoons which is a tiny amount compared to what I used to consume.
However I think it is easier to limit protein amounts (by consuming only the meat/chicken broth where the meal has been cooked).
Is it ok to up my fat limit without giving up all the diet ?
I know that fat limit is a basic pillar of LE diet but is there any successful sways with higher fat limits.
Thank you

3 tablespoons of canola oil is actually 42 g of fat and you can go up to 60 g of fat.
Just do your best and if you are using vegetable based oils like canola it is likely you can get away with more.
You can always tweak the LE Diet however you need. I would advise taking fiber supps to absorb some of the fat from your diet too - with any meal containing fat you should take some fiber.

Ok thanks Atomic :) he’s been away so we’ve also had a massive gap in between BD - not going to plan much lol I’m about to buy more Coq10 pills, stick to 100mg? They seem easier to get in higher...
